We provide 6 months warranty for all products except accessories. The warranty of items would be failed if you fix or disassemble it without our agreement. Please show us the clear video including IMEI number if you have after-service problems.
Customs Tax
Please write down the message under your order If you need declare the items with original cost (it may cause high custom tax). If not, we will declare items as ‘MP5’ or \'phone\' (about 30usd-100usd) by Singapore post or ‘Phone’ (Above 27USD) by DHL to help you avoid high customs tax ,if the parcel get strict inspected by custom,you still need to pay tax for customs clearance, we won`t bear the customs taxes.
